David North has worked with the Royal Rangers ministry since 1979 and has served as Lt. Commander, Outpost Commander, Sr. Commander, Outpost Councilman, Area Commander, Division Promotions and Publicity Coordinator, and District Productions Coordinator.  David has served on staff at various training events, including LTA, National Council, District and Regional Commander's Conferences, and National Training Camps.  He has also been a contributing writer for some Royal Rangers handbooks,publications , and other curriculum materials.  David's passion is to mentor young men to become effective ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ, both at home and abroad.

David is a graduate of Central Bible College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible.  He and his wife Debbie are the Directors of NorthStar Residential Care, Inc., a non-profit corporation that provides group homes and supported living arrangements for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.

David and Debbie have three sons, Jon, Sean, and Jason; and three grandchildren.  Their youngest son, Jon, earned his Gold Medal of Achievement in 2006, is a Lifetime Member of FCF, and has been on two missions trips to Iceland and one missions trip to Haiti.  David and his family attend Crown Pointe Church of the Assemblies of God in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
